We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order.  We want you to love what you ordered.  Due to the unique nature of bedding products, we try to maintain a fair return policy.

Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, but even the highest quality 100% Egyptian Cotton bedding will shrink if exposed to excessive heat in the dryer. Proper care instructions are included with most of our products.

However, if for any reason you wish to return your order or a portion of it, please contact us via email at staff@giftsandangels.com within seven (7) days of the day that you receive your product.  Please return all merchandise new and in the original packaging.  We are not responsible for Return Shipping Charges.  Please allow 10 business days to process all returns.  

Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.  A Refund, excluding shipping charges, will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase through PayPal.  There will be a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returns. Any return requests submitted after 7 days cannot be returned. 

All Gifts And Angels' products are warranted to be free of any defects in material and workmanship. If a defect is found, then Gifts And Angels will cover the warranty.

We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, soiled or altered.  There are no refunds nor replacements of used, laundered, soiled or altered merchandise.
